**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of production processes, ensuring products meet required specifications.
- Utilize measurement tools like calipers, gauges, and other QC equipment to ensure precision and consistency.
- **Process Monitoring**:

- Monitor the injection blow moulding process to ensure it meets the required production and quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot any defects, variations, or issues in the moulding process.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all products meet industry regulations, company standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management, highlighting any recurring issues or trends.
- **Coordination with Production Team**:

- Work closely with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure machinery is functioning optimally and aligned with quality requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in root cause analysis for any defects or production inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and participate in quality audits.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Ensure all QC activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols during inspections and audits.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **injection blow moulding** processes and machinery.
- Experience in **plastics manufacturing** and **quality control**.
- Proficiency with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in quality control within the **injection blow moulding** industry.
- **Certifications**: ISO certification or other quality management certifications (preferred).
- Only walk in interview.
