**Responsibilities-:Conduct regular inspection of raw materials (tin plate and cans)**

**2. Monitor the Production process to identify and rectify any quality defects.**

**3. Inspect Finished Products to ensure they meet specific dimensions and weight.**

**4. Document detailed record of inspection and testing results.**

**5. Perform Quality Audit and Inspection to verify compliance with Quality Management**

**System and Industry Standards.Strong Knowledge of Quality Control Tools (ISO 9001: 2015, Six Sigma)**

**4. Ability to work independently or part of team.**

**Senior Quality Profile Requirement in addition -8 to 14**

**Instrument Knowledge - Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Gloss meter, Harness Tester,**

**Moisture meter, Micrometer.**

**2. Can draw diagrams free hand or using other tools like Auto Cad**

**3. Knowledge of Welding Testing - Tensile Testing, DT Testing, NDT Testing**

**4. Knowledge of Scratch Test, Rub Test**

**5. What all Reports can prepare
- Daily Reports, Rejection Records, Incoming Reports,**

**Process Reports, Monthly Reports etc**

**6. Can prepare COA Cetrificate**

**7. What all ISO Documents he prepared.**

**8. Knowledge of 7 Q Tools**

**9. Knowledge of Control Chart, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Fish Bone,Scatter Diagram,**

**Flow Chart**

**10. Knowledge and can Implement -QMS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA Cycle**

**11. ISO Internal Auditor Certification**

**12. OSHAS -18001-Auditor knowledge**

**13. ISO/TS-16949 Knowledge/Auditor certification**

**14. Auto CAD/Solid Works Operating Knowledge**
