**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the premises.
- Handle and escalate any complaints or issues to the appropriate person.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., computers, printers).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
