**Introduction**:
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill visitor and staff needs.
- Provide general information about the company and its services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
