**Job Overview**

We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for voice and non-voice processes in the telecom and banking sectors. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across various service lines.

**Languages Required**
- English (mandatory for all roles)
- Plus any one or more of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali

**Working Days & Week Offs**
- 5 or 6 working days per week (based on project)
- 1 or 2 rotational week offs or fixed Sunday off (depending on the process)

**Salary Range**
- ₹12,500 to ₹20,000 Take Home
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹2,000 available in select roles
- Final salary will be based on communication skills, experience, language proficiency, and interview performance

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Graduates preferred for most roles
- Undergraduates accepted for selected positions
- Good communication skills in English and selected regional languages
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer customer calls or messages professionally
- Resolve queries regarding telecom or banking services
- Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow communication procedures
- Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
