**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients including retail shops, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Promote and sell company’s socks products through B2B and B2C channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations accordingly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and retail meets.
- Maintain records of sales and customer information.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to fulfill orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell the company's range of socks across various channels (B2B, retail, online)
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
- Handle order processing, returns, and after-sales support

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the **garment, hosiery, or socks industry**.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of retail and distribution channels.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Qualification: Graduate in any field (preferred: Sales/Marketing background).
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Willing to travel as per business needs.
