**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel managers, homeowners, and other key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our automation products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hotel or home automation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Preferred two-wheeler)
