**About the Role**: Managing supply expansion, retention, and demand generation to achieve defined business goals
**Level**: L1
**Responsibilities**:
- Acquire holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand guidelines set by the organization within the defined CAC & TAT
- Effectively build a sufficient lead pipeline to ensure supply targets are met
- Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate
- Effectively negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted
- Support teams in retention, grievances, and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Effectively manage documentation and data of leads and converted homes
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owners, guests
- Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
- Strong in building and maintaining the relationship with stakeholders
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
**Qualification and **Experience**:
- Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in business development
