**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage integrated Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals, such as lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to achieve measurable results with paid search advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.

**Deadline**:
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Pay: ₹13,689.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
