**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on Amazon, experience of complete process, from product listing to order processing
- Lead the entire process for creating enriched website content; including Setting up structure for website, Catalogue Management, Photoshoots for Products & Marketing, Content enrichment, Pricing, Promotions, Online Sales, etc.
- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in streamlining daily activities in order to provide quality results
- Regularly monitor the quality check followed by team members while uploading products on website - ensuring all pages, products, images & prices on the site are accurate
- Responsible for leading a team of 6-8 catalogue executives, image coordinators/ editors and ops executives.
- Responsible for Site Merchandising including planning & executing promotions, banners refreshes & website updates
- Work closely with internal business and digital marketing team to manage the promotions on website and digital platform
- To collaborate with the business team to build a promotion calendar in order to manage the website promotion activities and weekly homepage refreshers

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience leading the catalogue management, product pricing and listing and content management role preferably from an eCommerce company or a reputed online marketplace
- Good to have exposure to leading a team of junior catalogue & content management executives
- Should have good command over written and spoken English
- Proficiency in advanced MS excel
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
- Prior experience on working with CMS platforms will be a plus
