**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GEM Portal Management**:

- Maintain and update the company’s GEM account.
- Upload and manage product and service listings.
- Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines and standards.
- **Tender and Bid Management**:

- Identify relevant tenders on the GEM portal.
- Prepare and submit bids accurately and timely.
- Track and manage bid status and follow up on awarded contracts.
- **Vendor and Client Interaction**:

- Coordinate with government clients and resolve their queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Handle all documentation related to tender participation.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement policies and regulations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and GEM activities.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for competitive bidding.
- **Training and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance to the internal team about GEM processes.
- Conduct training sessions on updates or changes in GEM policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with the GEM portal (minimum 2 years preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
