Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. 2. Edit and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the brand image. 3. Stay updated with market trends and incorporate them into the design and video content. 4. Demonstrate a basic understanding of market trends, ensuring that designs and videos resonate with the target audience. 5. Utilize knowledge of cameras and video equipment to capture and edit high-quality footage. 6. Implement SEO best practices to optimize video content for search engines and increase discoverability. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and deliver creative solutions. **Requirements**: 1. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry. 2. Proficient in using design and video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and AI-based platforms. 3. Basic knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly. 4. Familiarity with camera equipment and the ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos. 5. Understanding of SEO principles to optimize video content for search engines. 6.
