- Beyond traditional marketing functions cmo to lead digital transformation, enhanced customer engagement and aligh marketing strategies with broder business objectives
- Strategic planning : develop and implement comprehisive marketing strategies
- Brand management : Develop company brand by developing branding strategies and ensuring brand consistency
- Market research : conduct market research to understand customer preferences & market trends
- product promotion : design and execute marketing campaign with product managers
- Develop buyers journey for each product, consumer class and measure the same at each level and identify the measures to convert them from current to desired state for the existing clients develop a keep in touch system so as to increase the LTV of the clieints
- Team leadership: leading and setting the marketing team, including setting the objectives, providing guidance and ensuring effective execution of marketing plane

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies.
