**Position Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and reliable **Admin Officer** to manage daily administrative operations at our office in Hyderabad. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic accounting familiarity, vendor and facility management, and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **day-to-day office administration** and ensure a well-functioning workspace
- Handle **vendor management** for housekeeping, utilities, printing, repairs, and other services
- Oversee **stores and inventory** of office supplies, stationery, and printed materials
- Support **payment processing** for vendors and administrative expenses
- Maintain **MIS reports** for admin expenses, purchases, and stock movement
- Coordinate **housekeeping staff** and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
- Maintain basic **computer records, spreadsheets**, and documentation
- Handle basic office errands; a **two-wheeler is essential**:
- Support in logistics and small purchases when required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or similar roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to travel locally for office errands (must have a two-wheeler)
