- Identify and generate leads for construction services in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and real estate developers.
- Promote company services such as civil works, site development, structural services, and other construction-related solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Meet sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
