**Job Overview**
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Meerut market and local customer base.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
