**Job Summary**:
A **Field Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicles** is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's client base for commercial vehicle sales. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable vehicle solutions while achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and approach potential customers for commercial vehicle sales.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on maintenance, servicing, and warranty policies.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to the sales manager.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th passed.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in field sales, preferably in the automobile/commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of financing and leasing options for commercial vehicles.
