Sterling Auxiliaries Pvt Ltd is hiring a Logistcics Executive/ Supervisor for their manufacturing unit at Dahej Gujarat.

**Role And Responsibility**:

- Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs, reduce transit times, and maximize efficiency in logistics operations.
- Oversee the scheduling of shipments, monitoring delivery status, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
- Manage inventory levels and stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand, plan inventory replenishment, and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and monitoring inventory levels, shipment status, and transportation costs to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Lead a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity in logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies in all aspects of logistics operations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to logistics operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and performance improvement.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in managing inventory, tracking shipments, and analyzing logistics data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
