Adis Site Safety Supervisor

The goal is to create a safe workplace that adheres to legal requirements and to foster a culture of health and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**:
Support the Development Of Ohs Policies And Programs Advise And Instruct On Various Safety-Related Topics.
Conduct Risk Assessment And Enforce Preventative Measures Review Existing Policies And Measures And Update According To Legislation Initiate And Organize Ohs Training Of Employees And Executives Inspect Premises And
Site supervise the Work of Personnel to Identify Issues & Non-Conformity (Eg. Not Using Protective Equipment & not following Safety work Procedures ) Oversee Project Jobs, Maintenance, Disposal Of Substances Etc. Stop Any Unsafe Acts Or Processes that Seem Dangerous Or Unhealthy Record And Investigate Incidents
To Determine Causes And Handle Worker’s Compensation Claims
Prepare Reports On Occurrences And Provide Statistical information to Upper Management.
Ensures all the safety regulations and adheres to proper codes and standards of project job.
**Education**:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Health & Safety Inspector Diploma/certification
**Experience**:
- 2-5 Years
**Language**:
- **Fluent - English & Hindi**
