**Telecaller (Sales & Lead Generation)**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller(Females preferably) who will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
