Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads for business growth.
- Conduct end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Focus on B2B sales to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with managers and internal teams through Microsoft Teams for updates and support.
- Spend 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM engaging in field sales activities.
- Meet with potential and existing clients to present offerings and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance sales strategies.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and end-to-end sales processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in field-based sales activities and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
