**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for corporate and internal positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
- Source and screen resumes through portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Support recruitment MIS and reporting activities.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office tools.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment functions and tools.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in the **1 PM-10 PM IST shift**.
