**About the Company**

WTS Global is building one of India’s most agile eCommerce operations — selling a variety of products across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
We are now expanding into **dropshipping for Indian and international markets (especially the USA)** and are looking for a driven, analytical, and creative **Dropshipping Executive** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Research & Selection**
- Identify trending and high-margin products in the Indian and US markets.
- Use tools like Dropship Spy, Thieve, Minea, AliExpress, or Jungle Scout.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and demand before listing.

**2. Supplier Sourcing & Coordination**
- Find and negotiate with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
- Maintain communication with vendors for product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Build supplier relationships in India and overseas (especially USA).

**3. Listing & Marketplace Management**
- Create optimized listings with clear titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Coordinate with designers/content writers for product images and copy.
- Update inventory and pricing regularly across online marketplaces.

**4. Order & Operations Handling**
- Track orders and manage logistics, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end operations from sourcing to customer delivery.
- Maintain accurate reports of sales, inventory, and payments.

**5. Market Analysis & Growth**
- Monitor top-performing products and categories.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest strategies to increase visibility and sales.

**What You’ll Learn**
- Deep understanding of Indian & US dropshipping markets.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Supplier negotiation, inventory management, and analytics skills.
