**Job Description: Warranty Executive - 4 Wheeler Segment**

**Role Overview**:
The Warranty Executive for the 4-Wheeler Segment is responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty process, including handling claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a thorough understanding of warranty guidelines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with service centers, dealerships, and suppliers to streamline warranty operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warranty Process Management**:

- Oversee the warranty process, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Validate warranty claims for accuracy, eligibility, and completeness before submission.
- Manage warranty documentation and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with audit requirements.
- **Claims Processing & Documentation**:

- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner, coordinating with service centers and dealerships to obtain necessary information.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on claim approvals, rejections, or adjustments as per manufacturer policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of warranty claims, including claim history, payment status, and warranty costs.
- **Compliance & Policy Adherence**:

- Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines and policies; communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Ensure that all claims meet manufacturer criteria to avoid rejections and maximize reimbursements.
- Monitor compliance with warranty processes, providing guidance to service teams on correct procedures.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as the main point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from service teams, dealerships, and customers.
- Work closely with service managers to resolve any discrepancies in warranty claims and ensure claim accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers on warranty replacements, credit notes, and claim disputes.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze warranty data to identify common issues, claim patterns, and potential improvements in warranty service.
- Prepare regular reports on warranty claim status, rejection rates, and financial impacts to provide insights to management.
- Use data insights to recommend adjustments to warranty processes and reduce claim rejection rates.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure a smooth and customer-centric warranty experience by facilitating quick resolutions and communicating claim updates.
- Address escalated customer concerns regarding warranty issues, ensuring a professional and prompt response.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in the automobile industry with in-depth knowledge of the warranty process and claims management.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with warranty management software and CRM systems; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in claim validation and processing.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with service teams, suppliers, and customers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address claim issues promptly and recommend solutions for process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
