**Primary Responsibilities**
- Co-ordination with customer for Warranty Handling within set Turnaround Time/ Response time.
- Technical knowledge of tyre functioning and other manufacturing and field related conditions.
- Co-ordination with Business and Service team for synergy building.
- Reporting to Regional manager on daily warranty handling and MIS.
- Coordinating with Field engineering team for mileage surveys, new condition developments and other warranty related conditions.
- Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.
- Keeping track of Competitive latest policy, Product, and technology development for benchmarking.
- Conducting Fleet tests and Follow-ups with customers for new development projects.
- Develop strong business relationship with Replacement channel and OEM Workshops by providing excellent and timely Customer Service Support.
- Conducting Mileage Survey.
- Campaign Support, Tyre safety and maintenance awareness, Customer Connect programs etc.
- Handling team of 3P technical experts and assisting them on real time basis for instant warranty support to customers and OE customers.
- Regular meetings with Consumer OE and Farm OE field/ State/ Regional service leaders for better PR and close working.
