We are looking for a skilled Legal Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:RERA Compliance:
- **RERA Registration**: Manage the registration process under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
- **RERA Return Filing**: Prepare and file all required returns under RERA, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- **RERA Litigation**: Assist in litigation matters related to RERA, including representing the company in disputes and handling legal proceedings.
- **RERA Customer Complaints**: Address and resolve customer complaints related to RERA, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining compliance.
- **RERA Appeals**: Prepare and file appeals related to RERA matters, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- **RERA Audits**: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with RERA regulations and prepare reports for management.
Partnership Act:
- **Drafting of Deeds**: Draft and review partnership deeds and other related documents, ensuring compliance with the Partnership Act.
- **ROF Compliance**: Ensure compliance with the Registration of Firms Act, including necessary filings and documentation.
Company Law Matters:
- **Registration and Incorporation of Companies**: Oversee the registration and incorporation processes for new companies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- **Filing of Returns**: Prepare and file necessary returns and documents with regulatory authorities under company law.
Litigation Assistance:
- Assist in various litigation matters, including:
- Income Tax Scrutiny
- GST and TDS Scrutiny
- Appeals and Notices
- Collaborate with external counsel as needed for effective representation in legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of experience in legal compliance, particularly in RERA and company law matters.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
