**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack development, including Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Provide hands-on guidance through live projects and assignments.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update training content covering Java fundamentals, advanced concepts, and Full Stack tools/technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Develop practical assignments, coding challenges, and real-world case studies to strengthen learners' skills.
- **Evaluation and Mentoring**:

- Assess learners’ progress through projects, tests, and coding evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and offer personalized support to address challenges.
- **Technological Updates**:

- Stay updated on the latest Java Full Stack development trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Incorporate modern practices like DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud integration into training programs.
- **Collaboration and Content Creation**:

- Work with other trainers and teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of online training modules, e-learning content, and other resources.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Java Full Stack development or training.
- Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring developers is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Java (core and advanced).
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Awareness of deployment tools, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms is a plus
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with MEAN/MERN stacks as an added advantage.
- Certification in Java or related technologies.
- Experience in conducting virtual/online training sessions.
