**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Ensure participants gain proficiency in full-stack development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and project-based learning modules.
- Create real-world scenarios to help learners understand front-end and back-end integration.
- Incorporate modern practices like responsive design, APIs, and deployment strategies.
- **Evaluation and Mentoring**:

- Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and coding challenges.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to address learners’ individual challenges.
- Encourage collaborative learning through group projects and peer reviews.
- **Technological Updates**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in the MERN Stack and JavaScript ecosystem.
- Integrate new tools, libraries, and best practices into training programs.
- **Collaboration and Resource Development**:

- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- Develop e-learning content, video tutorials, and other resources for hybrid or online delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Trainer.
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a strong advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with front-end tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Understanding of version control (Git) and basic deployment on platforms like Heroku or Vercel.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional front-end frameworks or tools (e.g., Next.js).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in JavaScript or Full-Stack Development.
- Experience conducting virtual/online training sessions.
