**1. Job Title: Java Corporate Trainer**

**Location: Chandigarh**

**Duration: 7 - 8 weeks**

**Hours: 3-4 hrs per day**

**Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.**

**Experience: 3+ years in Corporate Training**

**Mode of Training: Classroom**

**Trainer Assessment: Trainer must clear Hacker rank Assessment or similar, then they will be eligible for Evaluation.**

**The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for employees and clients. This role involves creating comprehensive training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.**

**Key Responsibilites**:
**Curriculum Development and Delivery**:
**- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, documents, and code samples.**

**- Develop and deliver structured training programs in topics such as software development, algorithms, data structures, databases, computer networks, operating systems, and more.**

**Hands-on Practice**:
**- Organize and lead hands-on coding sessions and workshops, guiding learners in real-time coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.**

**Training Workshops**:
**- Conduct live coding demonstrations, webinars, and workshops on specific tools, technologies, or programming languages (e.g., DSA, Java, JAVA Script, Full Stack etc.).**

**Assessment and Feedback**:
**- Evaluate students' or trainees' performance through assessments, projects, and coding challenges.**

**- Provide constructive feedback and advice on how to improve their coding and technical skills.**

**Skill Required**:
**- Strong command of programming languages (e.g., DSA, Java, Spring Boot, Full Stack etc).**

**- Strong understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.**

**- Knowledge of frameworks (eg. Spring Boot, React, Angular..)**

**- Familiarity with IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse) and collaboration tools.**

**- Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web development technologies.**

**- Prior experience in delivering training programs or workshops.**

**- Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on projects, and exercises, aligned with industry standards.**

**- Ready to create a training material as an when it is require (PPT / Video / Lab assignment creation /Project Problem statement)**

**- Availability for 6 hours per day for the duration of the training period.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
