**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs on C++ programming for beginners and intermediate learners.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to learners' needs.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, update, and maintain training modules covering C++ fundamentals, OOP concepts, STL, and advanced features like file handling, multithreading, and debugging.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to enhance practical understanding.
- **Evaluation and Support**:

- Assess learners’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and coding projects.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to address individual learning gaps and challenges.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in the C++ ecosystem.
- Integrate new tools, techniques, and methodologies into training programs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other trainers and departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of e-learning content and resources.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a C++ Trainer or Software Developer with a strong focus on C++.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in C++ (up to C++17 or later is preferred).
- Solid understanding of core concepts like OOP, data structures, algorithms, STL, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio, Code:Blocks, or other popular tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varied skill levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to related programming languages like Python or Java is a bonus.
- Certification in C++ or teaching methodologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting virtual training sessions is a plus.
