**Hiring for an MNC into Events & Exhibition Industry**:
**Assistant General Manager : Marketing**

**Job location: Delhi**

**Key role & responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing ATL, BTL marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales.
- Managing the marketing budget on a project / exhibition basis.
- Producing innovative and cost-effective promotional activities, bases market research.
- Developing and maximising third party relationships i.e. Magazine, BTL vendors, keeping in mind ROI to our clients & a value proposition for them.
- To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term ATL, BTL / Activation’s marketing plan to drive forward agreed Organizational goals.
- Delivering an events programme, to ensure that brand presence is maximised, and strategic objectives are met.
- To building and maintaining contacts with the media.
- To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
- To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- To maintain, build and update mailing databases
- To develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning & brand awareness.
- To support marketing manager in allied activities.

**Experience**
- MBA is must.
