Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

**Salary**: INR 20,000 to 23,000 CTC per month

Shift: Night Shift (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM)

Process: International Blended Process (Voice and Chat)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via both voice and chat channels.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, utilizing excellent English fluency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and details for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
- Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
