**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography**:

- Capture high-quality images for various purposes (e.g., products, events, promotional material, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and deliver photo shoots both in-studio and on-location.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing to meet brand and aesthetic guidelines.
- Edit and retouch photos to achieve desired visual effects.
- **Videography**:

- Film professional-quality videos, including interviews, tutorials, event coverage, and promotional material.
- Set up lighting, sound, and camera equipment for shoots.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video content.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Add graphics, sound, special effects, and transitions to enhance the final product.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest editing software and video trends to continuously improve output quality.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and manage media files, ensuring all content is stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Maintain backup copies of all media files and ensure the security of the content.
- Deliver projects within deadlines and meet the required content standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to plan, develop, and execute content strategies.
- Suggest creative ideas for improving visual content.
- Assist in creating storyboards and shot lists for video projects.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in **video editing software** such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques (lighting, sound, camera equipment).
- Familiarity with **photo editing software** (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms** and video content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in graphic design or motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (optional).
- Experience working with drone photography/videography (optional).
