Role Overview:

Lead social and digital media initiatives for government and private sector clients in Bihar. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and coordination across creative, content, and technical teams to deliver measurable campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee digital campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop digital communication strategies, branding, and content plans.
• Monitor analytics, interpret data, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure creative, content, and production teams work cohesively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or Advertising.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital/social media with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in government communication projects preferred.

2. Team Leader cum Social Media Expert

Role Overview:

Oversee social media strategy, content direction, and engagement management for official government social media accounts. Lead a creative team and ensure effective digital reputation and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a social media and content team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies.
• Manage multiple digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Handle real-time query response and online reputation management (ORM).
• Plan audience engagement activities, influencer collaborations, and digital contests.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Communications).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media management or digital communication.
• Expertise in analytics, social media tools, and performance optimization.

3. Content Writer

Role Overview:

Craft engaging, informative, and impactful content for social and digital platforms to support campaigns and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop audience-focused content for social media and web platforms.
• Write stories, articles, and digital posts in both Hindi and English.
• Edit and proofread content for brand consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design and media teams for integrated campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Hindi and English.

4. Media Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview:

Create impactful visual and video content for social and digital campaigns, ensuring strong brand storytelling and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and motion creatives, infographics, and layouts.
• Edit short videos, reels, and animations for digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

6. Media & Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
