We're now looking for a YouTube & Social Media Video Creator / Manager who can help us tell our story across digital platforms — from YouTube and Instagram Reels to TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

If you love creating educational, inspiring, and visually engaging videos that connect with parents and students — this is the role for you.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing video content that drives engagement and brand growth. From shooting short student success stories to editing YouTube videos and managing all social channels, you'll be the creative engine behind Park Tutoring's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities Video Creation & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality educational and promotional videos for YouTube and all social media platforms.
  • Create engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, and long-form educational videos optimized for each platform.
  • Develop creative video hooks, thumbnails, and titles to increase engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with tutors, students, and staff to film student testimonials, academic tips, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into shorter clips and highlight reels.

Social Media Management

  • Handle daily posting and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on trending sounds, educational topics, and viral video formats.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a friendly, professional tone.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote tutoring offers, seasonal campaigns, and events.

Analytics & Strategy

  • Monitor performance using YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze what's working and refine video strategies based on insights.
  • Report monthly on follower growth, engagement, and conversions from social media.
  • Suggest creative improvements for audience growth and retention.

RequirementsSkills & Experience

  • Proven experience in video creation, editing, and social media management.
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, hashtags, captions, and social media trends.
  • Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and pacing for short-form content.
  • Creative eye for framing, lighting, and sound.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • (Preferred) Experience creating content in education, tutoring, or edtech industries.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Canva or After Effects for graphics and motion design.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on-screen talent.
  • Photography or design experience for thumbnails and social posts.
