Job Description:

**Responsibilities**:

- **Modeling for Photo/Video Shoots**:

- Wear and showcase the latest collection of women's Indian ethnic wear for photoshoots and videos.
- Work with photographers and videographers to ensure the brand image is represented effectively.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle customer inquiries both online and in person with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Assist in maintaining customer relations through social media or customer service channels.
- **Recording Shopping Shows**:

- Create engaging content for YouTube and Instagram shopping shows where the employee will introduce new collections, talk about the products, and encourage viewers to make purchases.
- Present products with enthusiasm and expertise, highlighting fabric, designs, and trends.
- **Live Sessions on Social Media**:

- Host live sessions on Facebook to engage with followers, answer questions, and showcase products in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan live events, promotions, and Q&A sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (comfortable talking on camera, engaging with customers).
- Comfortable being in front of the camera as a model for photo and video shoots.
- A passion for fashion, especially Indian ethnic wear, and a deep understanding of the brand’s aesthetic.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience hosting live shows, social media videos, or similar content creation.
- Knowledge of trends in ethnic fashion or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with basic video editing or an interest in learning.

Interview Process:

- **Stage 1**: Review their social media presence or ask for a short video introducing themselves, showcasing their personality and style.
- **Stage 2**: A video call interview where you ask about their experience, comfort level with modeling and live sessions, and their understanding of the brand.
- **Stage 3**: Ask them to do a mock product showcase or live session to see their skills in action

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
