**JOB DESCRIPTION**

MakersLoft, an institute for hands-on learning, is looking for trained and experienced pre-school teachers to teach 2-10 year olds through hands-on building blocks.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Classroom Instruction**:

- Conduct interactive and age-appropriate classes for children, incorporating a variety of hands-on activities and creative play.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.

**Curriculum Implementation**:

- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Plan and organize engaging lessons that align with early childhood education standards.

**Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child's development.

**Material and Kit Maintenance**:

- Manage and maintain teaching materials and kits, ensuring they are organized and readily available for lessons.
- Conduct regular checks and updates to ensure the safety and functionality of educational materials.

**Individualized Attention**:

- Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their specific learning styles and developmental stages.
- Create a supportive and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in coding language is preferred.
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
