**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive, high-quality childcare and education for young children.
- Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Foster a positive, caring, and safe learning environment for children.
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents and institute staff.
- Manage daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest periods, and structured play.
- Observe and track children's progress, reporting any notable developments or concerns.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with health and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, or relevant certification.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in childcare, early education, or as a nanny is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage young children in a calm and engaging manner.
- **Additional Requirements**: Basic first aid certification preferred, familiarity with child development techniques, and a nurturing and adaptable personality.
