**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the organization's data management and reporting needs.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and users to understand business processes and information needs, ensuring alignment between MIS solutions and organizational objectives.
- Monitor data quality and integrity in MIS systems, implementing data validation and cleansing processes as needed.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MIS tools and platforms to provide actionable insights to management and decision-makers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MIS users, resolving issues and ensuring system uptime and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and technical specifications for MIS solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in MIS, recommending innovations and improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing information systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
