**Job Description: MIS Executive with MS Power BI Exposure**:
**Position Overview**:
W**e are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive with expertise in MS Power BI to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems and reports using Power BI. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the reports generated. Your role will contribute to data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MS Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.**

**Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.**

**Create and maintain data models, data connections, and data transformations to ensure accurate and reliable data visualization.**

**Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings to relevant teams.**

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, extract data, and ensure data quality and integrity for reporting purposes.**

**Monitor and maintain Power BI reports, addressing any issues or errors promptly.**

**Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Power BI functionalities, ensuring their understanding and effective usage.**

**Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization, analytics, and Power BI, and recommend improvements to enhance reporting capabilities.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.**

**Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.**

**Strong proficiency in MS Power BI, including data modelling, DAX calculations, and building interactive dashboards.**

**Solid understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, and data manipulation.**

**Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.**

**Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality in reports.**

**Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.**

**Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-**p**aced environment.**

**Experience with other BI tools and technologies, such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power Pivot, is a plus.**

**Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is an advantage.**
