**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Job Summary**: A startup engaged in office supplies and developing a tech solution for hyper-local advertising is looking to hire a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience as an MIS Executive.

**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Track key data metrics
- Create MIS on business processes
- Track performance at agent and lender level
- Share insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, team performance, process efficiency, and business metrics
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
- Gather user requirements for new reports and enhance existing reports
- Work with different stakeholders, internal as well as external, to gather information on various business metrics

**Key skills required**:

- Basic Computer knowledge is essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good Communication skills Verbal and Written.

**Work Pattern**: Monday to Saturday with Saturday being a half-day.

- Day shift
