**Urgent Hiring Client Coordinator (Event Industry)**

**Location - Satellite Ahmedabad**

**Should have Event Industry Experience**

**Client Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding event planning and execution.
- Understand client requirements, communicate event concepts, and ensure expectations are met.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and update clients on project status.
- Coordinate approvals on designs, creatives, and event collaterals.
- Manage office documentation, vendor databases, and inventory.
- Support the event planning team with quotations, invoices, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and project timelines.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in on-ground coordination during events when required.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and production teams for timely deliverables.
- Prepare and share event reports, checklists, and post-event feedback.

**The location of work is Satellite Ahmedabad**
