**Job Summary**: The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves market research, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination of various business development activities to drive growth and expand the company’s market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets. set by the organization
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact to address client queries and concerns.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT infrastructure solutions or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical customers.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
