**Job Summary**:
The Stock Incharge is responsible for managing the overall inventory operations of the warehouse or store. This includes receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing stock items while ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and proper record-keeping to support business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels using inventory management systems.
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
- Ensure timely stocking and organizing of inventory in designated locations.
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical inventory checks (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Prepare and submit stock reports to the management regularly.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and damages promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to manage inventory needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom or warehouse.
- Supervise stock assistants or helpers and assign daily tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years Experience mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
