**Job Type**:

- **Spare Parts Management**: Overseeing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of spare parts for automotive vehicles.
- **Warehouse & Stock Control**: Ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and management of spare parts and materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Spare Parts Inventory Management**:

- Manage and oversee the spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts from suppliers.
- Track incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining proper records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
- **Procurement & Vendor Management**:

- Identify and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of spare parts.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards with suppliers.
- Ensure the procurement of high-quality parts at competitive prices.
- **Storage & Organization**:

- Maintain an organized spare parts warehouse, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and handling of all items.
- Ensure that parts are easily accessible and stored in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the safe and secure storage of spare parts to avoid damage or loss.
- **Parts Distribution & Sales Support**:

- Oversee the distribution of spare parts to various departments (e.g., service, repair).
- Assist the service team in identifying and sourcing the required spare parts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for vehicle sales.
- **Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Ensure the quality of spare parts received from suppliers and vendors by inspecting them upon arrival.
- Ensure that only high-quality, genuine parts are used in servicing and repairs.
- **Sales & Customer Interaction**:

- Coordinate with customers to assist in spare part orders and ensure that parts are available for vehicle repairs.
- Provide customers with information on spare parts, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with product recommendations for replacement or upgrades.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, sales, and deliveries.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, parts usage, and parts procurement.
- Ensure proper documentation of spare parts purchases, returns, and warranty claims.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise and guide the team working in the spare parts department.
- Ensure team members follow safety standards and best practices in spare parts handling.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members on inventory control and spare parts management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or B Tech in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage inventory, organize stock, and track orders effectively.
- **Vendor Management**: Experience with sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management and parts handling.
