**Experience**: 1- 3 years

**(Having sales experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferable)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle leads through calls. Leads come from phone, website, and digital marketing
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and understanding of customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Identify and qualify leads, following up on inquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, effectively showcasing the benefits and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager or leadership team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback and insights to enhance our products and services.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare is preferable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple sales activities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product offerings.
- Experience in the education sector or familiarity with products is a plus.
