The Real Estate Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell real estate properties. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and marketing professionals to develop and implement campaigns, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure targets are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.
- Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and sales events.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
