**We're hiring | Financial Controller**

**Location : Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan**

**Salary Range : ₹20-22 LPA**

**Experience : 10+ years (senior financial role)**

**Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)**

**Reports to :CFO**

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure IND AS compliance, manage treasury functions, and provide strategic financial insights to support growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare & review financial statements under IND AS
- Manage cash flow, working capital & banking relationships
- Develop accurate MIS, budgeting & forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & other taxation laws
- Coordinate internal & statutory audits
- Identify & mitigate financial risks (credit, liquidity, operational)
- Support CFO in strategic planning, cost optimization, M&A

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong expertise in IND AS & regulatory compliance
- Deep treasury & fund management knowledge
- Proficiency in MIS reporting & financial analysis
- In-depth taxation & audit experience
- Strategic mindset with leadership ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
