**Position overview**:

As part of the Global Part Management Team, the Parts Analyst is responsible for part (product) validation, creation and maintenance processes. This position reviews customer documents, identify part attributes, and creates / maintains the system setups required in order to establish a part number in the Optimas system.

Following processes and guidelines established by the business, they will facilitate part number changes and part maintenance in order to keep parts up to date with current requirements. Also responsible for the maintenance of DSM/Fastspec document repository.

**Main responsibilities**:
The **Product Integrity Analyst** will:

- Review customer and supplier submitted documentation to define parts by attribute for induction into the Optimas Netsuite system.
- Ensure all documentation submitted meets current Optimas business requirements. Work with the requester to facilitate required changes.
- Ensure that parts are created timely to comply with corporate targets.
- Add and maintain attributes on existing parts to keep in synch with new business initiatives.
- Coordinate the part change and ECR processes to ensure a smooth transition of service.
- Perform Netsuite and other database updates as directed by the manager.
- Add and maintain customer documentation into the DSM/Faspec document repository.
- Export vendor cost updates from Everest and Connect, and upload into Netsuite multiple times per day.
- Upload OPOCU and Lab Inspections updates daily.
- Consolidate identical parts into one Optimas part #, moving all data from obsolete part # to new.
- Create bill of materials in Netsuite when requested.
- Create temporary Optimas part #s from Excel form.
- Create customer-owned parts, along with BOMs, in Netsuite.
- Train all new Optimas personnel in multiple systems when applicable, including Connect, Netsuite, attribute searches, etc.
- Update and load all HS codes in Netsuite.
- When changes made to attribute structure, code all new or missing attributes to meet part requirements.
- Effectively manage the flow of information from the Parts Team to the Systems and Induction Teams to ensure part setup accuracy and timeliness.

**Job Timing**: 6.00 PM TO 2.30 PM (WFH)**Key Competencies**:

- Seamless integration between Systems and Induction teams to ensure agreed upon implementation guidelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Min 4-6 years work experience
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Exceptional data entry skills (computer, keyboard, mouse)
- Good Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Good interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
- Highly motivated, high energy, ‘can do’ attitude, competitive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Detail orientated
