**Location**: Mumbai (Office-based or Work from Home)

**Shift**: Night Shift (Aligned to US EST/PST Time Zones)

**Salary**: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

**What You’ll Do**
- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling lists).
- Engage with prospective students and clients in the **USA, Canada, Australia, and UK** markets.
- Understand customer needs, present course and service benefits, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent English communication skills** (neutral or international accent preferred).
- Proven telesales / inside sales experience (US process a big plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain energy throughout.
- Comfort with CRM tools and quick adoption of new systems.

**Shift Timing**:

- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (EST shift)
- 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (PST shift)
